Estate market. Starting with single family and small multifamily properties, in 2020 he
pivoted to commercial multifamily real estate and in 2022 expanded into hospitality.
He is a graduate of CSU with a mechanical engineering degree. In early 2021, having grown his portfolio of
profitable RE investments, he transitioned to real estate full time.
Levi through a variety of different LLC’s is currently focused on small to mid-size value add

Although we have numerous documented successful deals from our coaching students, we cannot track all of our students’ results, and therefore cannot provide a typical result. You should assume that the average person makes little to no money or could lose money as there is work and risk associated with investing in real estate.
