What are some hurdles you had to overcome to get this deal done?

This deal started a year before we went under contract, we staying in touch and submitted a dozen LOIs until the seller came around to realistic expectations. Understanding what the owner had and getting correct information on units needing renovated.

Stay consistent and persistent and you will get “Lucky”.
