What are some hurdles you had to overcome to get this deal done?

Hard time raising enough to close and had to take short term loans and seller finance to close. Pref equity took forever to get approved and extending the capital raise after closing.

What are some of the lessons you learned with this deal?

Make sure capital raisers on team are experienced and have the investors to back their commitment. Some new people are fine but not the majority.
