I am an Investment Advisor and Investor, whose passion is not only invest for myself but also guide people in the investments world in order to achieve their goals. What are some hurdles you had to overcome to get this deal done?

Finding the deal, negotiating the seller finance, negotiating price.

What are some of the lessons you learned with this deal?

Always throw the seller finance option. Have a good property manager.
