Prior to transitioning into real estate, Carolina devoted herself to the study of anesthesia as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthesiologist (CRNA) and caring for patients across multiple healthcare settings.
 
Carolina is a first generation Colombian-American, US Army Combat Veteran and devoted mother of three. Carolina specializes in networking, speaking opportunities and education for healthcare professionals. Her primary focus in syndications is in raising capital and investor relations.

Patience. The deal took quite a bit longer to close than expected.
