What are some hurdles you had to overcome to get this deal done?

Seller didn’t disclose a lot of the issues when we did inspections and had to re-trade. A lot of lender issues at the 11th hour.

What are some of the lessons you learned with this deal?

The importance of a team, and having the right people in place. Also, to get a formal loan commitment from lender early on.
