What Do Successful People Have in Common?

I wanted to share something compelling from my travels last week. I am a member of several high level (and very expensive) masterminds. I attended our quarterly meetings for two of them last week in California.  These two masterminds relate to digital marketing, and storytelling for businesses. read more What was fascinating to me was the level of success of most of the people that participated or spoke in these masterminds. I have pictures with some of them below. All of these people are multi-millionaires and one of them is a billionaire. And they are all attending Masterminds to grow and learn and share! Several of them stood up and spoke to the other participants. I noticed, and wanted to share a common theme I noticed from all of these amazing people, relating to their success stories.

  1. They had a vision (clearly defined, measurable goals)
  2. They each had laser focus.
  3. They all had to overcome adversity on their journeys.
  4. They never gave up.
  5. When they got derailed on their journey to their goals, they changed their approaches.
  6. They all had a positive attitude.

What this hammered home to me is that success is a journey my friend…not a destination. It’s a fun journey that never ends. Remember, happiness comes from progress….not the destination.
