Fergestad

Prior to transitioning full time into real estate, I used my Ph.D. in Neuroscience to study a variety of diseases in the Genetics Department at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. My experiences in real estate started in 2017 including being a licensed agent, operating a land wholesaling company, remodeling and renovating properties, owning single family rental homes in multiple states, as well as a being a multifamily investor.
My passions are my family and helping people (improving the world in little doses).

Although we have numerous documented successful deals from our coaching students, we cannot track all of our students’ results, and therefore cannot provide a typical result. You should assume that the average person makes little to no money or could lose money as there is work and risk associated with investing in real estate. The students depicted have participated in Rod’s training and coaching. The participants shown are not paid for their stories.
