DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST
Digital Marketing Specialist [Remote Position]
This position requires a passion for social media. The perfect candidate will create campaigns based on current social trends, new functionalities of platforms and will increase audience growth and engagement exponentially and track this progress for further improvements.
The Digital Marketing Specialist’s role will include monitoring and updating web content, developing and executing strategic social media, and preparing, placing and monitoring social media content and ads to promote Rod Khleif’s initiatives and training. The person in this position will produce, monitor, and maintain social media channels. They will provide counsel for our social media practitioners to ensure the proper use of protocols when using social media in an official capacity; as well as manage other online communications.
Minimum three years of marketing or communications experience, preferably within a college or university setting or a similarly complex business environment, including two or more years of experience creating and managing social media content and ad campaigns.
Demonstrated strong social media technical skills (photography, video, graphic design, etc.)
Effective interpersonal skills; must be able to establish and maintain relationships with external and internal audiences
Track record of measuring growing social engagement and executing effective digital marketing campaigns
Comfort with and fluency in Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and Linkedin and with content management systems
Understand of key performance indicators and industry best practices
